If I Pre-Order a Crunch Cycle for $199, when will the balance need to be paid?

When we start production of your Cycle.  A notification will be sent to the customer.

If I Pre-Order a Crunch Cycle, when can I expect to receive it?

Currently we are scheduled to start production at the end of 2021.  Orders will be filled in the order in which we received them.

Can regular customers pay the full price for their Crunch Cycle now?

We prefer not to receive full payment, the deposit is to assist our company in developing and producing a world class product and to hold your position for your Crunch Cycle.

How do I pay for an order?

We accept all major Credit Cards: Discover, MasterCard, Visa and American Express. Also you may finance your Crunch Cycle through Affirm.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

On Fitness Apparel or Nutritional products, shipments should arrive within a week.  Some of the items may take longer or be shipped separately.

How do I place an Order?

Orders are placed online only via our official site at: https://crunchcycle.com

How do I complete the Financing through Affirm?

During the checkout process, you will select ‘Affirm Pay over time’ and then select ‘Place Order’.  After you enter your information, Affirm will complete what is called a ‘Soft Hit’ on your Credit.  This does not affect your credit score and it is not recorded on your report.  It will give you a decision normally in 5 to 10 seconds.  After approval, you will have the opportunity to select equal payments in 3 or 4 months or to pay within a certain period of months. Continue and complete the process and checkout as normal.   If you accepted the Affirm financing, and purchased your Crunch Cycle, your credit will be affected and recorded.

How do I cancel my Fitness de Tour membership?

Send an email to:  [email protected] with your Username or E-mail requesting cancelation.

I do not have an Fitness de Tour Membership, can I still utilize the meal planning and prepping?

The meal planning and prepping is exclusive to the Fitness de Tour mobile app which is included in the Membership.  Without a Membership the mobile app will only control the Crunch Cycle settings.

How Do I Track My Order?

Log into your Account by selecting ‘My Account’ from the top left menu.  Enter your Login ID and Password information and click ‘Login’. From the menu on the left click ‘Orders’.

How do I reset my password?

On the top right of the Home Page, click “Login’.   At the bottom of the ‘Hello, Welcome Back!’ screen, click ‘Lost Your Password?’  Enter you User Name or E-mail and then select ‘Get New Password’.
